Jonathan really went the extra mile for our family. He probably toured in total 20 homes as we balanced our young family and made the transition across states much less stressful. He was direct, honest, and humanistic, often putting himself in our shoes to help with decision making. He never pressured us, and in the end, found the perfect home for us! I was told at the beginning of this process that most REAs just book homes that the buyers find on Zillow but Jonathan did that work. Beyond this, as we navigated the home purchase, he had all these connections to high quality, honest contractors, landscapers, pest control, locksmith, cleaners, handymen, HVAC etc. He was a win for us to work with.
